Awesome Experiences

Privacy policy

Who we are

Awesome Experiences Limited (“we”, “us”) operates awesomeexperiences.co.uk. If you have any question about this policy or your personal information, email us at info@awesomeexperiences.com.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to give us. When you join the AX Pioneers Club, that is your full name, your email address and your phone number. There are no accounts, no payments and no other forms on this site.

When you submit the form, our server briefly reads your IP address to limit repeat submissions and block abuse. It is held in short-term memory only and is never written to storage or linked to your signup.

How we use your details

We use your details to contact you about the Pioneers Club: early access to our relaunch, insider offers and your welcome discount. That is the purpose you signed up for, and our legal basis is the consent you give by ticking the box on the signup form. We do not sell or rent your details to anyone, and only AX will email you.

You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@awesomeexperiences.com and we will remove your details.

Who processes it for us

The site is hosted on Vercel, and signups are delivered to our team by email through Resend, an email delivery service. Both act as processors on our behalf and do not use your details for their own purposes.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Videos are embedded using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode and nothing loads from YouTube until you press play; if you do play a video, YouTube’s own privacy policy applies to that playback.

How long we keep it

We keep your signup details for as long as the Pioneers Club mailing purpose lasts, or until you ask us to remove them, whichever comes first.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Email info@awesomeexperiences.com and we will respond. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
