Visa Information - Awesome Experiences

Visas

Please research the specific visa, passport and immigration requirements of the countries to which you are travelling, as these are your legal responsibility and Awesome Experiences cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from a lack of the necessary documentation. The below information is for guidance purposes only.

There are a number of commercial companies, which can be found through browsing the internet who provide Visa services, and in some cases using one of these may accelerate or reduce the hassle in the process of obtaining a Visa, but there will be a cost attached. Many visas have a cost attached to them. Please be aware of this and budget for it.

Please check how long before departure you need to apply for a visa and how long it takes for the visa to be processed. In some instances, you may be required to visit an embassy or consulate to obtain a visa. Do not book an experience until you are sure you can get any required visa in time.

Some visas have additional requirements. e.g. vaccinations or address at destination. You will be given your accommodation information when your booking is confirmed, but should you require this information before booking, please feel free to contact us. We cannot advise on other requirements.

Please ensure you have visas to cover all aspects of your travel. In instances where trips involve travel for two or more countries, you need to check the visa requirements of every country you visit, as well as limitations on re-entry.

If you book a trip for departure or return after March 2019 when the UK is due to leave the European Union, please be sure to check for changes in visa requirements. (This could affect both European and Worldwide travel.)

Visa requirements are regulated by individual governments and subject to change. For the most up to date information on visa and entry requirements, please check with the relevant authorities of your destination(s) and see the these websites:
